Luke Gale is an English professional rugby league footballer who plays as scrum-half or stand-off for the Keighley Cougars in the Betfred Super League and England at international level and former ‘Man of Steel’ winner, 2007.

In 2020, Luke fulfilled a childhood dream and led Leeds Rhinos to win the Challenge Cup with a late drop goal in the final at Wembley.

In 2018 Luke launched Luke Gale – Kicking for Grassroots CIC, a not for profit foundation to tackle social issues and inspire young people to reach their potential. Our vision is to help create confident and skilled young people to build a brighter future.

Outside of rugby league, Luke has a huge passion for horse racing. He recently started a new venture as an owner, and most recently worked with William Hill.

The Process

We tailor our services to each athlete.  We start with a consultation with the athlete to establish how best we can work together and which of our services work for them.
Once a plan has been established, we get to work leaving the athlete to focus all of their attention on the field.
